Upcoming Event: Launch of Women in Identity’s ID Code of Conduct Research on the Economic Impact of ID Exclusion
TAGS

On June 12, 2025, at 8:00 PM, Bangkok time (GMT+7), Women in Identity unveils the findings from their research on the Economic Impact of ID Exclusion. This free online session will explore how exclusion from identity systems carries significant financial, operational, and reputational costs as well as what businesses can do to foster greater inclusion.

ID exclusion is more than a social issue- it directly affects organisations through lost revenue, reduced customer trust, and increased operational risks. This event will unpack these challenges and reveal how embracing inclusive identity approaches can unlock new growth opportunities, reduce risks, and spark innovation. Attendees will gain insights into why identity inclusion is fast becoming a critical business imperative.

The event will feature speakers from leading organisations, including Professor Edgar Whitley from The London School of Economics, Dr Louise Maynard-Atem (Women in Identity Board Member), Rola Turk (RBC), Gisselle Cerazo (Mastercard), Laura Barrowcliff (GBG Trust), Aphra Corcoran (KPMG Canada), and will be moderated by Chris Burt of Biometric Update.
